Mindfulness may sound like a buzzword popular among hipsters and new agers. Ok, it probably is popular among those folks. Still, it's a powerful tool that can help you better respond to things that you experience.

In this workshop you will learn:

  • to understand how YOUR body responds to stressors.
  • to recognize when your body is responding to something that you may not yet recognize.
  • Gain tools for using mindfulness to deal with stressors in your day to day life.
  • Create a personal mindfulness plan.
