In this workshop you will learn:
- what mindfulness is.
- to understand how YOUR body responds to stressors.
- to recognize when your body is responding to something that you may not yet recognize.
- Gain tools for using mindfulness to deal with stressors in your day to day life.
- Create a personal mindfulness plan.
